So, you finally figured out that you aren’t fit anymore …
The 6-pack abs you used to have has become a single bulging pack. And the short walk up the stairs, which used to be easy, now leaves you gasping for breath.
The next smart move, of course, is to join a gym.
Because you know very well that you aren’t disciplined enough to run in the park or do those Insanity or Tae Bo workouts at home.
And you don’t want to join a traditional gym with rows of machines and trainers with indifferent attitude either.
No. You want something more fun and enjoyable.
Like martial arts fitness.
Martial arts fitness has truly taken Malaysia by storm. We started the trend back in 2010 when martial arts wasn’t fashionable and all they had were mostly Taekwondo, Karate, Silat and Judo. And some obscure arts like Shaolin and Ninjitsu. That was then.

A gym is only as good as its instructors. Training under someone who doesn’t have the necessary skills won’t help you to achieve your goals.
You can’t have a Karate black belt teaching Muay Thai. Or a Taekwondo instructor teaching BJJ with techniques he learnt from YouTube. The techniques and movements are vastly different. And so are the stances.

So it comes as no surprise that even fighters from other gyms drop by to train with us.
Many gyms specialize in only 1 to 2 classes. This is probably due to space constraint or lack of good instructors. So there is a likelihood that you will be bored out of your wits, and eventually, drop out altogether.
