Terms & Conditions

• Membership(s) purchased, won, or received as a gift, or otherwise are not refundable.
• Membership(s) purchased, won, or received as a gift, or otherwise are not transferable.
• Membership(s) purchased, won, or received as a gift, or otherwise shall be limited to the member himself/herself/itself and not shareable.
• Group membership(s) or special membership(s) package(s) with more than one name being registered, purchased, won, or received as a gift, or otherwise shall be limited to the registered member(s) himself/herself/itself/themselves and not shareable and/or replacable and/or transferable.
• The validity of the membership is reflected on the official receipt issued by the MuayFit Management Team. Any unutilized balance of the package shall not be carried forward upon its expiry to the new membership.
• In the event that the Member(s) is unfit for training PROVIDED a copy of the medical report and/or medical certificate being delivered to the MuayFit Management Team, subject to the MuayFit’s Management Team discretion and approval, the membership may be transferable to a Member’s direct family member with a transfer fee of RM300.
• Registration fee is mandatory for all new member(s).
• The separate registration fee shall be payable in the event the member failed/neglected to renew the membership after ninety (90) days from the day of the expiry of the membership.
• A sum of RM50-00 shall be charged for a replacement card.
• Non member shall not permit to enter the training area.
• Any activities and/or training and/or gym equipment usage or etc at the training area/ gym shall be carried out at the Member’s own risk. MuayFit Management Team shall not be responsible for any injury caused therefrom.
• Member(s) shall return the locker key(s) to the MuayFit Management Team before leaving the training area/gym.
• MuayFit Management Team shall not be responsible for any lost of the items in the training area/gym.
• MuayFit Management Team shall revised the training schedule/classes/access be it at the training area/gym or otherwise be it personal training and/or group training and/or corporate training or otherwise from time to time at its discretion.
• MuayFit Management Team shall revised the package(s) pricing from time to time at its discretion.
• MuayFit Management Team shall be entitled to allocate and/or replace and/or switch the trainer(s) for any classes from time to time at its discretion.
• Member(s) shall informed any cancellation or rescheduling of bookings to the MuayFit Management Team not less than 24 hours failing which that session shall be considered as utilized and shall not be replaced.
• Gym equipment usage shall be priortize to group classes and personal training sessions.
• Subject to Clause 14, member(s) who wish to utilize the equipment shall make reservation and/or booking in writing with the MuayFit Management Team not less than 12-hour earlier but subject to availability and such training time of 1-hour shall be equivalent and/or tentatmount to 1 Class Pass.
• MuayFit Management Team shall reserves the right to bring any legal action(s) and/or claim any damages and/or compensation against the Member(s) for any costs incurred derived from the misuse of the gym equipment and/or any negligence and/or misconduct done by the Member(s).
• Member(s) shall at all time keep the training area/gym an environment family-friendly.
• Member(s) shall at all time maintain good behaviour at the training area/gym.
• No unauthorised sparing shall be carried out at the training area/gym.
• MuayFit Management Team shall reserved the rights to terminate the membership in the event the Member(s) violated and/or defaulted any of the terms stated above.
• Upon termination and/or early determination of the membership, the balance of the package being monetary or otherwise shall not be claimable, refundable and/or transferable.
• This term and condition shall be bound by the shall be binding upon the heirs personal representatives successors-in-title and assigns of the Member.
